Permission/Audition Forms
All students auditioning or joining Tech Crew need to fill out the following forms:
1. Permission and Medical Form- printed, signed and returned by September 25. Forms can also be found at each grade level office. PLEASE PRINT AND FILL OUT BOTH PAGES!
2. Online Application- must be submitted online before your audition (see Google Calendar for audition dates).
