Boys' Soccer (Fall)
UPDATED: Fall of 2026 Season
**Please note that the first two try-out days end at 5:15pm.
Players are responsible for their own ride home at the conclusion of the try-out on these two days. An earlier 4:10pm bus will be provided by VMS for those without a ride at the 5:15pm conclusion.**
Please keep in mind that the VMS soccer program usually attracts approximately 65-85 try-out participants each year.
This program is a higher-level skill program that can only keep 26 players in total.
(24 field players, two (2) goalies)
**Please adhere to the sports physical policy

2026 VMS Boys Soccer Try-outs (TBD)
Try-Out Dates:
TBD 3:00- 5:15pm 6, 7, & 8th grade (On large soccer field next to track)
TBD 3:00- 5:15pm 6, & 7th grade only. (On large soccer field next to track)...First cuts immediately following.
TBD 3:00- 4:05pm Remaining 6th, 7th, & all 8th. -. Second cuts for all grades.
TBD 3:00- 4:05pm Remaining 6th, 7th, & 8th - Final cuts immediately after.
PLEASE BRING BOTTLE OF WATER, CLEATS, SHIN GUARDS TO EACH PRACTICE/GAME
***A Sports Physical MUST be submitted to the school nurse by Sept. 1st to try-out.***

You MUST have a completed Physical turned in to the Nurse before you will be permitted to try out. If your physical is not complete and turned in before school starts, you will not be able to try out due to NJ state laws. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!
You must have cleats, shin guards, socks and your own water for try-outs.
