NJ FAMILY CARE, offered by the State of NJ offers free or low cost health health insurance for uninsured children age 18 and younger.
 
Covered services include:  doctor visits, prescriptions, lab tests, x-rays, hospitalization, dental, eyeglasses, mental health services, and specialist visits.
